Service Availability

We like to keep our customers and clients informed of any performance issues that may be affecting the POLi™ service.

The table below outlines the status for each of the Internet Banking sites which POLi currently supports and whether they are available to conduct transactions.

Occasionally, your Internet banking site might be unavailable. This could be due to your bank not being online or POLi performing maintenance on the system. In either case this means you won’t be able to use POLi.
